HIS FOUNDATION

The staff and volunteers assist clients with referrals to local agencies for needed services and provide one-on-one assistance in obtaining employment and permanent housing. We offer educational programs that assist clients in acquiring  skills needed to obtain and maintain a job and provide a healthy and stable home environment. The program includes long term planning and goal setting for all area of life and mentoring to insure continued  success and growth.

• Assessments to determine employability skill

• Career Planning

• Job  Readiness Training

• Resume Writing

• Referrals to local employment agencies and employers

• Life Plan instruction (goal setting with a Life Coach)

• Financial Planning and Budgeting (this is offered on an individual basis and in a classroom setting)

• Life Skills Classes

• Parenting Instruction
